Routine Follow Up Visit

Service Description

Discuss progress with plan of care and make adjustments to plan as needed, offer additional testing as needed. Depending on your symptoms / and health concerns and what issues we uncover, We will have on -going assessments as needed. For some these visits can be as often as once a month , for others 8-12 wks. depending on level of care and follow up needed. At these visits we will adjust the plan as needed, determine need for different dosing of meds, hormones or types of supplements.
